Your Responsibilities

• Actively own growth opportunities and partner with country and corporate stakeholders
• Monitors market trends and competitor activity in order to identify new business opportunities
• Actively own P&L and customer profitability
• Ensure daily operational execution as customer delivery
• Foster a continuous improvement culture
• Leads and steers the organization in line with our culture based on the Roadmap, particular Kuehne+Nagel experience and be a role model

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Airfreight / Logistics operations at a managerial level
• Excellent analytical capability and the ability to use data to understand markets and derive best practice
• Demonstrated ability to develop business with a proven track record
• Proven ability to manage a variety of related strategies with successful results
• Strong performance management orientation and ability to mentor employees to deliver excellence
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with excellent French and English proficiency
