Legal VIE (f/m/d), Hagenbach

Mission

• Support of the teams (innovation, business, purchasing, marketing) for contractual matters with a focus on intellectual property contracts such as nondisclosure-, co-development-, IP consulting-, license-, service-, co-ownershipand infringement-related agreements
• Perform review and validation of contracts in collaboration with internal and external legal counsels
• Ensure follow-up, periodic synthesis and recording of contractual topics
• Improvement, update and creation of template of contract related to intellectual property rights
• Providing training on intellectual property rights, contract related to intellectual property rights and guidelines and best practices on these matters

Profile

• Master’s degree in International Law
• Good knowledge of contractual law and intellectual property law within an international environment
• Skills in communication and negotiation in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English, other languages and in particular German is a plus.
• Great autonomy and capacity to adapt and work in a team
