Your new role
- You will contribute to legal and compliance aspects of the Next47 business
- Further, you will Identify, develop, and implement legal strategies to enable the success of the Next47's business
- You will draft, negotiate, and review third-party transactions to make them most advantageous from a legal and business perspective
- In addition, you will support with the retention and management of outside counsel, as well as develop and maintain contract templates and training material
- You will align with the members of Siemens’ legal and compliance teams in order to meet the rapidly developing needs of our business
We are looking forward to meeting you if
- You are a fully qualified lawyer, admitted to the bar in your home country, and hold excellent academic credentials
- You gained a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in a leading international law firm and/or an in-house function of an international business
- You have a business-oriented and result-driven attitude in carrying initiatives from ideation to successful execution
- You are passionate about working on international topics across geographies, as well as cultures, and have a high comfort level collaborating with a diverse mix of global partners and stakeholders
- You have excellent English language skills--both verbal and written—and can effectively communicate across all management levels combined
- You have profound legal knowledge and a deep interest in the venture capital space
- You balance your bias for action and attention to details in everything you do
