Lean Trainer (m/f), Marignane

Tasks

Your main tasks will include:

• Delivering a variety of Lean training courses (Lean Awareness, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Office, Lean Management, Lean Product Development and Change Management) to:
• Project leaders for the Transformation of Airbus Helicopters
• Operational managers and teams
• The Lean network (lean leaders, deployers, focal points)
• Preparing the appropriate material and room for the courses, according to standards
• Being actively involved in the continuous improvement of the Lean Academy

This position will involve weekly business trips for Lean training sessions.

Profile

• You have a 5-year degree with a specialisation in project management or lean management; you have at least 3 years of experience in lean implementation projects.
• You have a general understanding of Lean philosophy, principles and values.
• You have good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have good communication skills (including presentation skills, group facilitation, coaching and feedback)
• You are able to manage a group in a training environment.
• A negotiation level of English is required for this position.
• You also have a negotiation level of French and/or German.
