Missions
As Lead Experience Designer you are responsible for defining requirements for a coherent and attractive user experience taking into account brand fit and data from other channels. Furthermore you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Building task flows and high-fidelity artifacts representing system behavior (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, etc.)
- Owning the user research plan and execution (e.g. conducting panels, surveys, interviews) and playing back the results to the lab
- Mentoring and evangelizing agile and lean design principles
- Advocating for user-centered, simple, modern design
- Conducting user research to derive insights and developing concept sketches and storyboards, detailed interaction designs and screen flows, functional specifications and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions
- Guiding agile teams
Profile
- Personality: You are characterized as a visionary and open minded person. You bring along quality awareness, passion for new technologies and a hands-on mentality. Moreover you convince with team-leading qualities.
- Working practice: Your working style could be described as collaborative, autonomous, proactive and structured.
- Experience: Previous experience in the use of diverse software tools like Invision, Adobe suite, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Axure. You are familiar with designing and facilitating workshops to craft consumer quality products on both web and mobile platforms with clear and creative artifacts (e.g., task flows, wireframes, mockups to guide the team).
- Know-How: You have proven knowledge of planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping.
- Languages: Excellent English skills are required.
- Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Experience Design
