Missions

• To manage projects related to biological performances of seed coatings by proposing steps, planning, partnerships, and by performing the needed studies.
• Scouting of components useable in seed coating to improve the early plant development.
• To develop and implement techniques and methods to select the seed coatings through the biological performances of the treated seeds
• To lead the biology team to optimize its performance by proposing improvements (organization, investments, …) and by supporting the development of soft and technical skills of the direct report(s)

Profile

• PhD Plant biology / Plant physiology
• Small team management
  
• 5 years in plant biology, especially in seed physiology.
• English fluent
• Creativity and open minded attitude
• Ability to work on projects across functions and geographies
• Communication skills and team spirit
