Duties & Responsibilities

• Project management for projects such as: investment projects for new production technologies, setup and start of new marketactivities, Industrialization of new products and later on product management such as product strategies, launch and sales
• Assistant to the team of directors (Tech./M+S/GM) for strategic projects
• Act as an interface to coordinate interdisciplinary teams (Supply Chain, Marketing+Sales, R+D, Production)

Qualifications & Skills

• Master Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or engineering with a focus on logistics, production and project management
• First experience in project management and organizational skills
• Fluent in German and English is a must, Polish or French optional
• MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 appreciated
• Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an international project team environment and network across the organization
• Readiness to travel up to 50%
