IT Technical Support - Fluent English (m/f/x), Bavaria

Our client is a company specialized in the consulting of digital information services. Its activities are mainly business and systems engineering services for aeronautics, transport and social services. The company currently employs more than 200 people and has subsidiaries in Germany, Italy, USA and Canada.

In order to support its major customer in the aeronautics industry based in Germany, our client is looking for a dynamic IT support technician who wishes to work in a fast-growing company.

The position is based in Bavaria (in the region near Augsburg).

Your mission

• Ensure the support of documentary production tools for the customer
• Enter incidents received by phone / email
• Supporting users
• Log analysis
• Debugs
• Application of procedures
• Script development (Unix SH batch, etc.)
• SQL, Oracle queries

Your profile

• Holder of a technical diploma in Computer Science, computer engineer, Master's degree etc., you have a first experience in IT technical support
• You have a good knowledge of UNIX and databases
• Fluency in English is essential but a good knowledge of French and/or German is a real advantage..
