Missions

• Manage team: set up objectives, follow the results, manage career plans of team members, ensure individual assessment
• Ensure the respect of Group standards, especially concerning hardware, software, etc
• Assure a coherence of hardware and software materials and licences.
• Manage the relationship: communicate with site management, site IT teams and management/IT workgroups any specific site changes or upcoming/current projects etc
• Direct the local budget for sites, approving all related IT purchases.
• Manage the requirements requested by the sites, coordinating if necessary with the appropriate CC.
• Ensure the organization of subcontracting services
• Evaluate, anticipate and rate present and future challenges
• Provide support to team
• Pilot local projects

Profile

• Master/Bachelor degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• 5 years’ experience managing a team including budget
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to translate business needs to IT solutions
• Wide breadth knowledge across IT technologies
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP
• Good English skills
