Tasks

Provide financial information:

  • Analyze and challenge the variances between the forecasted and actual results, ensuring & controlling data reliability, consistency & transparency of all reported data
  • Provide a consolidated view of Engineering IT & IT Security performance, highlighting issues in real time to alert management in case of major deviations
  • Ensure follow-up & budget control including: projects & financial reporting
  • Preparation of financial presentations for all reporting phases (monthly, forecast, budget, strategic plan)
  • Review financial impact of current and future operations

Manage and optimize the financial processes:

  • Ensure the organization of all financial processes (budget, strategic plan, month end closing, forecasts)
  • Control internal procedures including spending authorizations in respect of Corporate policies
  • Propose improvement plans to increase efficiency

Profile

  • Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters Degree in Finance, including a nationally recognized professional accounting and/or finance qualification.
  • Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a financial role in an industrial environment with operational experience is a plus.

Technical skills:

  • Strong knowledge and practice of controlling principles
  • Knowledge in accounting, tax and treasury principles
  • Knowledge of industrial information systems and flows
  • Knowledge of internal control basics
  • Behavioral and Leadership skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player in order to lead his/her mission in a matrix environment
  • Results driven
  • International mindset
  • Fluent in English (a second language is a plus)
