Missions

The Finance Department is looking for a Invsetment Controller who will act as a primary contact of all Allianz Real Estate France departments, and AIM France. Your main responsibilities include :

  • preparing the investment reports : collect the datas and check their accuracy , and performing the KPIs analysis (specific requirements of the French investors : local and IFRS norms, various aggregations and detailed breakdown)
  • coordinating ,computing the investment planning at investor's level (local & IFRS gaap) : ) consistency check of the Asset assumptions, execute various calculations (write-off, free rent incentive retreatment, …)
  • providing the quarterly forecasts , the fine tuning, identifying trends in financial performance for recommendations of improvement and support of the Management for the year-end result steering

Profile

  • Master's degree in finance, business administration or similar related field with a first experience in the international company
  • Good level analytical and financial modeling skills, basic understanding of fiscal and legal matters
  • Fluent in English, ability to multitask and good presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of VBA (macro), Powerpoint , ERP systems
  • Other requirements : curiosity, reliability , team spirit and capacity of listening
