Internship/ Human Resources Business Partner (m/f), Nantes

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be able to contribute to all topics associated to the Human Resources development cycle:

• pay policy/promotion,
• annual review campaign,
• gathering training needs,
• skill management.

You will provide support to cross-functional projects that are being deployed at our site: e.g. the prevention of absenteeism

Required skills

• You are in the 2nd year of a Master’s degree, or you are in the final year of a business school, specialising in Human Resources.
• Ideally, you have initial experience.
• You are independent, proactive, creative and you have analytical skills.
• You have a good team spirit and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• English: intermediate level,
• French: fluent level.
