Internship Business Transformation (m/f), Blagnac

Airbus (Blagnac) is looking for an intern for a 6 month internship.

You will have the opportunity to play an active role in the Airbus business transformation programme, and support all activities to help Airbus to drive top line growth, cut costs, and restore strong cash. You will get an insight into the range of levers and projects that make up the overall transformation programme and you will get involved in and be partially responsible for project management of the business transformation programme.
You will collaborate with Business Transformation Management as well as the Airbus Internal Consulting Team and external consultants and you will work in Airbus' top management environment.

This internship will start on 4th March 2013 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of business transformation reports distributed to module-leaders, EC members and EADS,
• Supporting the preparation of Business Transformation Days (i.e. review meetings with module-leaders and EC members),
• Improving internal project management / financial processes,
• Supporting wide communication of changes, achievements, and next steps from within the business transformation programme,
• Supporting the tracking of business transformation savings and important actions.

Profile

You are in the final year of a Master's degree or in the final year of a business school, specialising in Business Administration / Economics, Communication or Project Management.

You have knowledge in:

• MS Office,
• Communication,
• Business and operations,
• Financial management,
• Controlling or project management.
• You are a good team player and have excellent communication skills.
• English: fluent / negotiation level.
• German, French and / Spanish are an advantage.
