International Business Controller - Technical Trade - German / English (m/f/d), NRW (remote)
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief of Finance Office of the European Group, the International Business Controller is the guarantor of the proper management of companies in his/her scope (Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic).
- Ensure the fulfillment of processes and procedures and benchmarking the good management practices of the Group
- Have a full understanding of all the flows making up the accounting purchases process and the accounting sales process (pricing, average cost calculation, invoices check, etc.)
- Accompany and ensuring the finance main tasks as the budget, the reporting and the reforecast exercises
- Follow-up and monitoring the performance of the companies (margin, opex, working capital, capex, etc.)
- Work closely with local finance teams as well as with the other finance areas such as Consolidation, Accounting, Tax and Treasury
Required experience
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, controlling
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business controlling within an international Group and/or in an audit firm
- Strong analytical and synthetical skills
- Mastering accounting rules and accounting processes
- Dynamism, adaptability and rigor
- Business fluent in German and English, French is a plus
- Team worker specially in cross-cutting collaboration
- Know-how to communicate and persuade
