Tasks

• Participate in the origination, structuring and execution of new transactions
• Perform due diligence and credit analysis
• Analyse and navigate through complex project finance financial models
• Perform internal rating analysis
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda for submission to the Investment Committee
• Assist in the closing processes, including KYC checks and discussions with other internal stakeholders
• Assist in the monitoring of closed transactions
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external marketing materials.

Profile

• Convention de stage mandatory
• Penultimate or final year student at a top-tier university, business school or engineering school
• First experience in investment banking, project finance, DCM, or infrastructure financing/investment is a plus
• Strong understanding of corporate finance fundamentals, including cash-flow analysis
• Experience in financial modelling
• Excellent written and verbal command of English and French; fluency in another European language is a bonus
• Strong analytical approach
• Strong communication, planning and organisation skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Intellectual curiosity and determination to learn
