Tasks

• Assist Account Managers with client-facing activities, including meeting preparation, data analysis and sourcing, and verifying information
• Contribute to cross-functional projects, such as implementing new managed mandates or funds across the asset management value chain, harmonizing operational activities, coordinating new business initiatives, and supporting ESG-related topics
• Support day-to-day client requests and business activities in close collaboration with team members and other AllianzGI functions
• Proactively identify and implement tools to streamline, automate, and simplify team workflows.

Profile

• Ongoing higher education in a French Master’s program (Bac+5) or equivalent in business, economics, finance, or engineering
• Strong enthusiasm for learning and contributing meaningfully
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a focus on execution
• Interest in transforming innovative ideas into tangible outcomes
• Proven competence in project management
• Proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel
• Skilled in crafting effective AI prompts and eager to share best practices with the team
• Fluent in both English and French
• Self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and relationship management skills.
