Missions

• Benchmark new solutions proposed by plastic engineering suppliers ( mould, process, product oriented ), achieve technological & market intelligence and competition analysis
• Contribute to innovation session to set-up new innovation solution
• Lead innovation project according to injection moulding innovation roadmap and innovation process
• Define product/process FMEA
• Promote subjects for which he/she is responsible both internally and externally
• Participates in the construction and updating of all means of communication (internal, external and marketing support)
• Make intellectual property follow-up
• Define and deploy project validation plan
• Write needed product/process guideline of his/her innovation
• Prepare and present project milestones to Innovation management
• His/her activity would be particularly focused on the development of new injection moulding products/process/mould

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with strong knowledge in thermoplastic injection (process,tools,materials)
• Ideally a 1st experience in injection moulding development
• Knowledge in decorative technologies highly appreciated
• Knowledge in automotive and electronic safety appreciated
• Knowledge and experience in Project Management process
• Team player with strong communication skills
• International experience and mindset, Able to work in multicultural and foreign environment
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
