Missions

• Implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up
• Staffing (internal mobility and external recruitment), interaction with recruitment agencies
• Career development (career interviews, training plans, performance review)
• Compensation and benefits, international mobility
• Industrial relations
• Personnel administration
• Reporting and budget
• Development of action plans and participation in their deployment on specific subjects

Profile

• Master’s Degree with a specialization in HR<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
• Experience in the HR function within a matrix environment, min. 4 years
• Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• International mind set
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent team player
