HR Manager Automotive (Part-time) German / English (m/f/d), Munich

Key responsibilities

• As an expert in HR, advising and assisting the German team/ management
• Leading all HR processes on the German market
• Managing recruitment of new employees and employee development
• Preparing the payroll process (input, reporting)
• Organizing and centralizing the training plan
• Actively communicating with office members
• Coordinating with external partners such as accountants and lawyers
• Being an active part of the HR community (EMEA)
• Continuously checking of EHS issues

Expected profile

• Degree in business administration or economics, HR or management
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of global and local HR processes
• Experience in recruitment and cooperation with service providers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and open-minded team player
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude
• Fluency in German and English required, French is optional
