Tasks

• Operate as a key member of the BRUSSEL - USA Desk team, supporting in shipments within EU.
• Manage daily phone calls and email traffic across designated inboxes.
• Develop and implement customer-focused operational procedures.
• Assist with complex and escalated operational issues in coordination with Control Group Lead Agents and Managers.
• Monitor data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Ensure vendor and network partner compliance with company policies and pricing structures.
• Provide backup support for general customer service processes when needed.
• Ensure all shipments meet the specific requirements of each clinical study, including packaging, routing, and documentation.

Profile

• Experience in pharma healthcare Operations / temperature controlled cargo is a plus
• Basic understanding of Courier/Freight Operations (Import/Export/Warehouse/Transport) is a pré OR a background in logistic studies (recent graduates welcome), preferably in Air Logistics
• International mindset, familiar to work in a multicultural setting, in different timezones
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, in combination with a customer service attitude
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage time effectively tasks in a fast paced, dynamic work setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, decision-making skills with effective communication skills; fluent in English spoken and written. Any other additional language is a pré, by preference Dutch and/or French
• Team player who is flexible, proactive, and organized as of professional attitude.
