Your Mission
- understand/implement group strategy, cluster business unit needs and strategic orientations as well as HR market trends
- co-create a future focused talent development strategy bringing both internal and external best practices and innovations alive
- lead talent acquisition & development end to end life cycle across DACH
- translate business strategy into long-term talent development needs
- be the point of contact in the Danone learning academy bring the global learning and best practice strategy into the local markets
- fuel Danoners engagement by providing a competitive individual development proposition
- conduct recruitment strategies and activities consistent with HR ambitions
- build future functional and managerial capabilities
- support individual and collective performance
- lead, develop and inspire the talent development team
Business Strategy
deliver end to end talent development support to enhance talent acquisition, development, retention and engagement
foster business proximity developing a business partner approach to talent development
support business transformation with adequate talent development
conduct effective day to day talent development management actions
Innovation
- implement 2.0 strategies: leverage and promote use of digital tools/resources, community management
Consumers, Customers & Stakeholders
- foster exemplary stakeholder management
- co-lead with the HR local teams and wider One HR community with a ‘line of one’ leadership perspective
- connect and build a strong relationship with HR business partners and team leaders to understand their needs and challenge/influence decision making
Your Profile
- university degree with focus on business administration, human resources or other disciplines
- at least 7-10 years of relevant, practical experience in business function, HR and/or Consulting
- ability to operate in all disciplines: talent acquisition, development and learning
- experienced people manager in a matrix world
- strong experience managing high level stakeholders in a fast paced environment
- understanding the role of digital
- experience in organizational development and change management is a plus
- strategic thinker with conceptual strength, bringing clarity out of ambiguity, translating complexity into simplicity
- English fluent German language preferred
- commitment to frequent travelling within DACH (~30%)
