Main Mission

• Budget and monthly reporting as well as deviation identification and analysis, considering correct measures and evaluation of its effectiveness
• Evaluate the profits of the company's properties, analyse budget deviations, costs, edges and assures the fulfillment of fiscal and legal aspects
• Accounting organization revealing the assessts/transactions status of the company and analyse and controlling of treasury, performing payment runs and receivables management
• Creation and implementation of administrative procedures that will asssure the correct handling of internal and external transactions of the company
• Assure purchases and contractual negotiations in order to achieve best results in cooperation with the function SCM
• Report business indicators and activity ratios related with the department
• Contribute to the fulfullment of the targets and politics in the scope of ISO TS, IAFT and ISO

Profile

• Degree in administration, finance or similar
• Extensive experience in financial organisation, financial analysis, accounting, production and pension management, treasury and
• Strong negotiating skills
• Leadership and communication skills to be able to act and develop team members
• Agility for understanding and adapting to the Faurecia organization
• Intercultural and open mindset
• First prior knowledge of project management
• Industrial experience
• Ideally automotive prior knowledge
• Fluent language skills in English and German
• Standard PC software skills (MS Office, etc.)
