Tasks & accountabilities
In direct interface with Program, Work package Leader, Electronics Technical team, Expert and Industrialisation/Production, you are responsible of:
- On Time, On Cost, On Quality and Performance of the project for the Hardware package
- Leading and coordinating the different activities of the Electronics technical team
- Reporting to Programme manager and Work Package Leader
- Approval of the technical deliverable of the Hardware relying on our expert community
- Validation with the industrial leader of the technical assumption and looking for the best trade-off between performance and industrial needs
- Identifying risk and opportunities and defining mitigation plan

Required skills
Profile
- Master degree in Electronics (or equivalent)
- Experience in Project Management
- Competences in Electronics
- Knowledge of Avionic systems would be appreciated
- Knowledge of supplier context would be appreciated
- Leadership skills, influencing skills
- Ability to federate and energize team to a common exiting objective in a tight time scale
- Ability to understand the electronic design process and industrial constraint
- Good communication skills and proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to deal with lots of different interfaces
- An advanced level of English is required
