Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team that is responsible for the delivery of stable product data to 17 global systems/interfaces
• Supervise the delivery of all CEDAR activities including projects, small change and maintenance
• Collaboration with clients and stakeholders to develop strategic objectives for the team and establish overall strategy and roadmap for CEDAR
• Lead a globally distributed team of internal and external employees in the US, Europe and India and mentor team members’ development
• Run all technology partners relationships and vendors supporting the platform
• Provide governance oversight, and ensure that standards and procedures are followed to provide the highest quality services

Key Requirements

• University degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field of study
• Experience in the role as a Product Owner and in leading teams, preferably within IT or Data organizations
• Enables the team to function efficiently, follows clear priorities in alignment with the strategy and ensures that these are met
• Prioritizes, delegates and controls tasks, balances workloads and steers capacity in the team
• Enjoys leading projects with a strong ownership mentality and results-oriented approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgement
• An excellent teammate with the ability to build positive relationships
• Proficiency in English is required, other languages such as French or German are a plus
• International/cross-border experience a plus
