Your tasks and responsibilities

  • The global marketing manager for patient engagement solutions is responsible to market solutions that help to connect care teams and patients and facilitate comprehensive care management enabled by smart health information exchange
  • You will ensure the market success of these patient engagement solutions with activities around marketing, positioning, customer acceptance, and you will contribute in the development of the go-to-market strategy including business plan and model
  • You will analyze and assess the requirements of customers as well as internal stakeholders in order to strengthen the competitiveness as well as the profitability
  • You will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing concepts for our dedicated digital sales and the global regional and zone business management
  • You will define and create content for all sales relevant materials with focus on digital marketing approaches (trainings, webcasts, website, events and demo application)
  • You will handle sales requests related to our patient engagement solutions and perform product presentations and application demonstrations both to internal and external audience
  • You will monitor and analyze business success of the portfolio – also in comparison to competitive solutions – and develop marketing approaches to achieve business goals

Your qualifications and experience

  • You hold a university degree in business administration, science, medicine or informatics
  • You have significant experience in the field of digital marketing approaches
  • You have many years of professional experience in a marketing, clinical or a sales related position and you are familiar with care management processes
  • Ideally you are familiar with needs around provider and patient portals
  • Furthermore you have sound knowledge of workflows, processes and customer needs in Healthcare IT, in particular on SaaS business

Your attributes and skills

  • You have excellent presentation skills and knowledge of market introduction strategies
  • You are able to collaborate well across functions and organizational entities
  • You master medical language and you are business fluent in German and English, also you are willing to travel internationally (20%)
