Key tasks & responsibilities
- Drive global consolidation and prioritization of regional enhancements and collaborate with IT and external partners to implement enhancements, prioritized bug fixes and maintenance.
- Accountable for leading the enhancement of CRM & Marketing Automation instances through close collaboration with Regional Commercial (Operational) Excellence teams, IT experts and global CRM & Marketing Automation process owners and deputies.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional Commercial Excellence teams to measure and drive adoption of standardized CRM and Marketing Automation tools and processes in order to increase the digital mindset of Sales and Marketing teams.
- Lead integration of CRM & Marketing Automation tools and processes across web platform & marketing automation to facilitate efficient, consistent approach used by regional & country marketers to activate marketing campaigns.
- Actively contribute to the regional operational excellence leads development of approaches to customer service level segmentations. Collaborate to optimize the approach, process and tools when possible and ensure best practice sharing.
- Work closely with Global Customer Insight Manager and Regional Operations Excellence to enable teams to “start with the customer” by actively adjusting go-to market plans based on insights identified by regional data analysts.
- Lead best practices and learnings across the global marketing and commercial communities by leveraging Global Marketing Excellence channels.
- Develop training for onboarding of new team members and collaborate with Regional Commercial Excellence teams to develop & implement plans for reoccurring training that increase adoption and use by local commercial and marketing teams.
- Works with regional and global digital analytics resources to develop common KPI’s and Benchmarks for measuring success of sales & marketing campaigns (e.g. customer acquisition & retention, ROI, etc).
Qualifications & competencies
- Degree in marketing, digital marketing, general business, information technology or related field.
- 5 /10 years experience in managing CRM/Marketing Automation tools and processes.
- Experience and knowledge of agile project management (e.g. Scrum Methodology).
- Experience conducting training & developing analytics that encourage adoption.
- Collaborative, Solution Orientation, Passion for customer.
- Knowledge & experience using Microsoft 365 CRM a plus; however experience with other CRM tools acceptable (e.g. Salesforce.com).
- Knowledge of & experience using Marketing Automation.
- Excellent level in English is compulsory
