German speaking trainee (m/f) in HR

Your responsibilities

• You lead active research for highly qualified engineers
• You are granted the whole responsibility of the recruitment in various geographic parts
• You personally write your needs and work on your profiles
• You personally write your announcements on various job boards and treat the applications
• Your understand the client's expectations and are able to find coherent solutions
• You manage the candidates and lead their interviews (physical and telephonic)
• You fill in the common data bank and write your weekly reports
• Your lead organizational tasks, coordinate interviews and technical meetings, and if needed events such as "Welcome Days" / "Recruitment Days"
• You may take in charge general administrative tasks (phone service, archiving, and post treatment)

Your skills

• You study/studied (m/f) the economics or HR (with interest for IT)
• You are currently looking for an at least four months-training period
• You ideally already have an experience in IT or Service.
• We assume good English knowledge and French knowledge.
• German orthography is not a problem for you and you feel well at ease in the writing
• You bring good EDP knowledge (Word, Excel, Internet etc.)
• Team spirit, flexible, curious and independent, able to take initiatives
