Missions

• At Plant level, provide FES expertise (HSE, Quality, Employee Empowerment, Production Control & Logistics and Production system) based on 11 lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business targets.
• Contribute to the Plant Direct Labor cost budget construction & achievement, through efficient “Direct Lobor cost management” & “Labor cost improvement plan”.
• Support Faurecia Excellence System network animation in the plant

Profile

• Minimum 3, ideally 5 years Professional site experience (e.g. Engineer, Supervisor, Manager level or equivalent)
• A recognized experience and ability to improve process KPIs within a plant department by using FES principles
• Degree level education or equivalent in site experience
• Good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer's skills
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
