Missions

• Perform FCS 1st level end-user support.
• Actively contributes to improve the quality and efficiency of the SAP support chain.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and promote better usage of FCS standards.
• Identify lack of knowledge areas and inform users about FCS training catalogs and documentation.

Profile

• Knowledge in ERP basic functions like sales, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, finance and controlling.
• 1+ years overall experience in SAP.
• Basic business knowledge in automotive industry processes like EDI and customer flows.
• Good communication skills in a international environment (written and oral)
• Team-oriented in a collaborative environment.
• Problem solving skills, with the ability to describe and document clearly the issue.
• Strong customer focus.
• International mindset.
• Native language and English
