Missions

• Provide FES expertise and coaching (HSE, Quality, EE, PC&L and Production system) based on 11 lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business.
• Provide regular performance datas analysis to challenge plants benchmark (GM and plant cost structure)
• Liaise with Industrial Strategy – standardization to define best plant organization roll out.
• Define FES&P priorities to achieve plant targets (plant output targets and FES&P input activities).Liaise With Global FES&P Manager.
• Ensure the relevance of the PIP in the achievement of the budget and SP target
• Perform shop floor diagnosis and define recommendations.
• Ensure that FES Principles are applied/respected in plants (training of the operations on basic productivity Workshop)
• Provide, according to the needs, FES knowledge and skills to the division plant team through training and coaching.
• Propose FES training plan by function to plants/division – focus UAP population development..
• Support the Plant Manager for new plants: in FES deployment plan definition, implementation & tracking
• Be an active change agent within sites, by cultivating an FES & Lean Manufacturing mindset.

Contribute to Gross Margin Improvement through coaching and improvement activities in regions to ensure FCM development

Global Cost Management by plant:

• Lead Workshop as DL workshop, Hoshin, …
• Ensure breakthrough activities to support gross margin achievement at BG level.
• Ensure TRS management and improvement for major FCM technologies.
• Ensure routings and coefficient data management for standard labor cost accuracy.

Develop plant standard definition and roll out as ie . Standard process, management tool (Bending shop, PIP , Top5, Management control, and problem solving) with the other cross functions:

• Define with Standardization teams and operation best organization for major technologies (Shopfloor layout, management and performance improvement) – Bending shop…
• Create communication dynamic between plants regarding performance (best performing lines through FCM BG)
• Contribute to Benchmark process , sharing practices (Videos, Faur’us events,…).

Profile

• Minimum education level: Master’s degree.

Experience:

• Recommended 2 to 5 years of FES (or equivalent) practice at Plant level
• Recognized experience and ability to improve process KPIs in a plant by using FES principles
• Proven experience in a management/leadership role in a plant
• Could be experienced proven in any fields of operation function in plants (UAP – PC&L)
