Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the CEO on organizational and strategic tasks
- Prioritizing, collecting information for decision making for the manager/ team when appropriate
- Take responsibility for the cascade of internal and external information in the team
- Define and anticipate needs when possible; organize / plan meetings; align with other assistants (stakeholders, functions)
- Manage MoM (e.g. follow up communication, actions), keep distribution lists updated
- Handle logistics for events, weblives, etc.
- Contribute to positive working relationships and act as facilitator within the team and with stakeholders
- Acting as focal point for local IT and facility management
- Supporting in the organization of events, logistics for the team such as office supplies, travel management
- Consolidating information to help produce clear presentations for senior management and corporate discussions
- Supporting financial controlling activities such as managing invoices, archiving documents etc.
- Supporting the Opportunity & Risk management process in alignment with entity objectives and Airbus guidelines
- Promoting initiatives to reduce environmental footprint (reduction of printing, plastic, waste)
Required Skills
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following competences & skills:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Business Economics, Project Management or a related discipline
- At least 5 years professional experience in similar position/ level
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with care and attention to detail
- Due to frequent exposure to confidential information in this role, discretion in daily activities is a requirement
- Very structured & fast understanding of complex topics
- Demonstrate a good balance of initiative to progress matters or escalate if required
- Experience in Digital Communication
- Having a mindset of anticipation is of importance
- Ability to prioritize between challenging and conflicting deadlines
- Ability to interact appropriately with all hierarchy levels, both internally and externally (customers, suppliers etc.)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous Intercultural and international experience
- Language skills: German fluent, English business fluent
