Distribution & Transport Manager (m/f) Germany

Tasks

• Management of a small team in transport and planning
• Organization of logistics processes in order to achieve customer satisfaction
• Development and implementation of transport strategies 
• Support and advice on transport contract negotiation
• Provide safe and cost effective transport and distribution
• Respond to specific customer requirements and projects
• Reporting and budget responsibility

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, ideally majoring in logistics
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge in planning, transport, distribution, sales, invoicing
• Good communication and relationship skills
• Structured thinker
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP is a plus
• Very good German and English language skills
