Tasks
- Organize and facilitate core Agile Release Train events (PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt) across France, Germany, and India.
- Support PI execution by collaborating with Product Management and System Architect to track features, remove impediments, and mitigate risks.
- Monitor Train progress using data analytics/metrics and manage budgets as well as suppliers for your scope.
- Coach and guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on Lean-Agile principles, DevOps practices, and Continuous Delivery.
- Drive relentless improvement through Inspect & Adapt cycles, built-in quality deployment, and fostering Communities of Practice (CoP).
Profile
- Background in Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading SAFe / Agile teams within an industrialized IT environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT / Development Project Management.
- Strong expertise in agile contract steering, supplier management (Purchase Orders), and handling diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent / negotiation level of English is mandatory.
