The role

• Supporting the cultural transformation is a huge part of your job
• You will work with the central IT organization onsite in Paris and local IT teams in Willich to create and implement strategies to integrate IT landscape, infrastructure and application development in support of the business
• You will have the responsibility to gather all the business needs, design and deliver IT solutions
• You must be at ease with the digital environment, skilled in programming on various technologies, with a strong business and customer orientation
• This hub will have to communicate with various information systems such as ERP, CRM and HR tools.

The person

• Experience in delivering digital solutions in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills
• IT skills in various domains (i.e. Salesforce.com, HTML/JS/CSS, REST/SOAP APIs...)
• Large Project/Program management and coordination experience
• Managing both Waterfall and Agile development processes, projects and deliverables
• We are expecting someone with outstanding influencing skills and customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German would be an advantage
