Tasks

• Architect the long-term Digital Data and Analytics strategic roadmap for Finance, aligning the digital strategy with business goals.
• Evaluate and prioritize end-to-end Data and Analytics use cases, ensuring all initiatives meet strict standards for Time, Cost, and Quality.
• Proactively steer the Finance DnA portfolio risk and opportunities, identifying opportunities for acceleration while mitigating bottlenecks.
• Establish Data and Analytics standards and governance frameworks for Finance to ensure compliance and scalability.
• Democratize Analytics and AI access across Finance products and translate complex technical progress into clear communication for stakeholders.

Profile

• Background in Information Technology, or a Big Data related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Data and Analytics Product and Project Management.
• Technical expertise in IT Product/Service lifecycle management and ERP (SAP) core ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and lead multi-functional teams.
• Negotiation level of English and full autonomy to operate in a complex, fast-paced transnational environment.
