Your tasks and responsibilities

Within the galenic department of our International Development Center, you participate in the galenic innovation of the products for all the subsidiaries in the world as well as in the service life.

As such, you are in charge of:

• The investigation and prospective of new innovative formulations for the "new derma technology" activity under the responsibility of a head of galenic formulation.
• Thus, you select the suppliers of new assets or excipients; constantly ensure the technology watch, the technical development in the laboratory and the screening of new assets in a strong context of innovation (competitive analysis, patents).
• The realization of new concepts and improvements of existing products by using new materials or formulation technologies for current and future projects.
• Regular reporting on exploratory activities to management and representation of the department by participating in working groups.
• You make recommendations to project managers for the product lines, ensuring that the product offering meets the marketing expectations and implementing the innovations selected.
• In addition, you participate in the supervision of the operation, use and maintenance of galenic equipment, measuring devices and premises. Finally, you set up and write procedures for these activities.

Who you are

• Graduate with a pharmacist or chemist training + master of formulation liquid & solid forms, you have a first experience of at least 1-3 years in the field of formulation.
• You have a good knowledge of the formulation and technology of liquid and paste forms (emulsion, gels, ointments, solutions ...).
• A level of professional English is required.
