Dermatological Formulations Manager (m/f), Gaillard

Missions

• You will play a critical role in building a robust pipeline of new products by delivering new formulations for worldwide registration and evaluating new technologies aligned with our business and consumer needs.
• You will ensure that formulation development maintains a best-in-class position related to new technologies, development methodology, ingredient selection and overall operating model,
• You will oversee the manufacturing, packaging and labelling of batches for human testing.
• You will lead a team of 5 employees, provide technical leadership and organize all development activities.
• You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of effective processes, equipment/systems and budget management.

Profil

• You own a degree in Pharmacy / Chemical engineering and benefit at least from 10 years of relevant experience in formulation development gained in an international setting within the pharmaceutical or consumer care industry.
• You show excellent interpersonal leadership and negotiation skills with a demonstrated experience of managing a team effectively.
• You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong drive to achieve results.
• Strategic mindset, problem solving focus, decision-making ability and negotiation skills are required for this position.
• An excellent command of the English is mandatory. French would be desirable.
