Missions
- Drive and steer together with Head of HR for its Site Augsburg all HR processes and upcoming challenges in line with business objectives through effective execution of human resources strategies
- Proactively initiate and lead HR projects in all areas, e.g. supporting leaders to drive company performance and transformation projects
- Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for e.g. recruiting, development, career management at site level
- Ensures strong and trustful labor and key stakeholder relationships (e.g. workers council) internally and externally
- Works with cross functional teams e.g. other HR FCM team members outside Augsburg, Country HR members (Plants and R&D Center) to ensure the effective delivery of HR support/services to the business
- Development implementation of HR policies and procedures in coherence with company policies and strategies to give guidance to the business
- Talent and Organizational Development: Lead together with the Head of HR and the whole HR team the People and Salary Review process of the side and ensure appropriate linkages with broader functional and business reviews
Profile
- Master’s degree e.g. in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or in a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in an HR role including an operative HR role and thereof min. 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global or matrix organisation to take the next level and first functional Leadership experience
- Expertise in leading / managing organizational change, ideally in various business scenarios, including restructuring, integration and mature growth markets
- Deep knowledge of German labor and employment law, collaboration of Works Council issues
- Data driven approach with strong analytics and the ability to create the right people metrics and implement solutions to drive positive change
- Ability to handle negotiations and delicate situations with tact and diplomacy
- Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems (e.g. Success factor, SAP)
- Experienced in working both in a team and independently, in an international and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with people at every level of the global organization
- Willingness to combine a strategy oritation with still take over HR day to day deliveries to optimize the business results
- Required languages: German and English fluent, French is a plus
