Task & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Back Office operations in France (mainly in Toulouse), to ensure a high level of availability and service: you will be responsible for the reliability, operational level in line with SLAs and you will have to supervise the activities realized by our subcontractor in this domain and to provide KPIs,
- Setting up and managing Multi-Functional Teams in order to solve the problems in your scope of responsibilities this is why it is so important for our team that you have a good knowledge in the technical aspects of IT,
- Managing and providing reports on Back Office operations budget thanks to your experience in IT infrastructure, your added value will be to propose innovative scenarios on how to continuously improve the availability, the performances and the security of the Datacenters,
- Ensuring that the projects that you have in your portfolio are delivered On Time On Cost and On Quality,
- Following some external/security audits and managing the implementation of the remediation.
This role will involve travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills
- A strong experience in Back Office, Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, automated infrastructure / Datacenter for DevOps environment,

- Language skills: advanced level in English and negotiation level in French
