Customization Manager / Media Designer (m/f)

Tasks and Responsibilities

As part of our international customer care team you are responsible for customizing amiando's ticketing platform, based on individual customer requests. These tasks includes setting up ticket shops, designing event websites, e-mail campaigns and customer documents. You will also assist the customer care team with 2nd level customer requests & enquiries. These tasks are done to excellent fulfillment and for complete customer satisfaction. In your role you collaborate closely with sales managers, event consultants, product development and IT developers.

We move fast in small teams. So we need you to be a reliable and a highly motivated team player. We're looking for a service oriented, flexible employee with startup spirit, multi-lingual skills and hands-on mentality to join our great team here in Munich.

Your profile

• First working experience
• Degree in Media Design, Computer Science, or similar qualifications
• Good communicative and social skills 
• High customer care orientation
• Good HTML/CSS skills, knowledge of print design and Adobe CS Suite 
• Basic skills in programming are helpful
• Good language skills in German and English, additional languages are welcome
• Strong and selfconfident manner in stressful situations
