Main Mission

• Representing SAS at customer production area and verifying the condition of modules in the incoming area, assembly process and End of line;
• Initiate, coordinate, organize and expedite sort activities at customer location to ensure timely response to quality concerns;
• Investigate quality and delivery concerns at the customer location;
• Communicate and coordinate with SAS Operations and Quality containment activities required;
• First contact for customer quality inspector, end of line inspector, material planner and any other necessary customer personnel;
• Provide daily report regarding quality issues to Head of Quality at SAS.

Qualifications

• Engineer Bachelor or Technical Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience;
• A minimum of 3 years professional quality experience or fast-moving manufacturing experience;
• Experience of leading problem-solving initiatives;
• Nice to have automotive experience;
• Good quality foundation (Capability study, SPC, FMEA, Problem solving methodology & Control Plan);
• Continuous improvement attitude.
