Customer Interaction Specialist for French, English (m/f)

We are running an international customer support centre for a highly desirable sports and lifestyle brand in 11 different languages.

Your responsibilities

• Providing technical support for electronic devices for cardio training in French and English 
• Communicating with B2B and B2C contacts via email (90%), telephone and various social media platforms 
• Translation of knowledge base content (FAQ) from English to French
• Data base management and fulfilment services

Your profile

• Very good skills (written and spoken) in English as this is the official project language
• Very good skills in French
• Ideally good skills in German or alternatively in one of the following languages: Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean
• Very good communication skills
• Affinity for social media
• Good MS Office skills
• Good technical understanding - you can pick up new tools quickly
• Passion for sports and lifestyle
• Readiness for shift work as the project is covering international time-zones (shift I: 09:00 - 18:00 and shift II: 15:00 - 00:00), also on bank holidays and at the weekend
