Missions

• Prepare investment cost estimates in all FEL phases of large projects or programs
• Continuous improvement of methods and tools for investment cost estimation of construction works
• Implement reviews within the framework of the stage gate process
• Plan and implement project evaluations and data maintenance
• Develop and be responsible for trade-specific cost estimates in the CSA area
• Network maintenance within the E&T organization and across divisions

Profile

• University degree in civil engineering, architecture or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the fields of cost estimation and/or project work/management
• High level of professional competence and strong conceptual skills
• Profound knowledge in the field of CSA databases and construction cost estimation
• Excellent communication skills as well as methodical and highly structured working methods
• Readiness for global business trips
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
