Tasks

• Oversee and manage real estate projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in (real estate) project management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Very good verbal and written knowledge of English and Dutch required. French language is an asset
