Commercial Project and Service Controller (m/f), Zürich

Your mission and responsibilities

• In your function as Commercial Project and Service Controller you will develop innovative bids for projects in the field of Managed Equipment Services and Integrated Service Management working on long-term partnerships with hospitals and laboratory institutions.
• The function reflects the commercial part of bids management. You will work hence in close cooperation with sales experts of the Enterprise Services team.
• You are responsible for calculation, accounting and controlling of multi-year contracts. The focus lies on the holistic commercial oversight from sales to execution and service.
• You manage interfaces between different departments like accounting, legal, procurement, sales and after-sales service.
• You will be a key user for our new ERP-System ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
• You are also responsible for the administration and controlling of after-sales service contracts.
• Additionally, you support in controlling and planning activities and drive the continuous optimization of our reporting and tool landscape for our Service and Enterprise Services business.

Your qualifications and experiences

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• You have a sound work experience of at least 3 to 4 years in commercial project management and/ or in service controlling.
• To have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is self-explanatory for you.
• Ideally you have a certification as Commercial Project Manager.
• Based on your excellent skills in German and English you are able to communicate adequately on different levels and with different stakeholders.
• Knowledge in French is beneficial.
