Tasks
- Coordinate client onboarding for our Private Markets products for clients especially in France but also for whole EMEA
- Handle client inquiries throughout the investment lifecycle, including reporting, capital calls, valuations, reviews, ad hoc requests, and changes
- Manage and continuously improve processes and interfaces related to client servicing
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as Legal, Portfolio Management, administrators, and other external partners on topics including tax, fund/mandate structuring, legal etc.
- Support Sales colleagues in responding to initial client engagement, RFPs and participating in due diligence processes
- Facilitate product launches in the Private Markets space, ensuring alignment with our clients’ needs
- Respond to clients’ enquiries on a timely basis.
Profile
- University degree or a professional qualification (e.g., CAIA, CFA, CEFA, etc.)
- Experience in asset management with in-depth knowledge of Private Markets
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is required
- Solid understanding of illiquid products – including relevant interfaces, processes and legal frameworks – and knowledge of capital markets and portfolio management
- Works well in a team and contributes positively to group efforts
- Strong client focus
- Capable of independently identifying and driving both operational and organizational improvements
- Handle operational activities in day-to-day business
- Stakeholders’ management and strong communication skills
- Able to quickly and thoroughly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
