Missions

  • Co-create Sales and CRM solutions landscape for DACH to ensure the best fit for the business strategy (FMCG and Pharma scope)
  • Provide expertise and advice on digital solutions with close collaboration with business partners
  • Monitor new tech trends and test new solutions in Sales&Marketing, contribute with insights based on benchmarks and best practices
  • Analyze projects and requirements changes and evaluate their feasibility according to the business case with close cooperation with internal and external partners
  • Ensure rapid prototyping to evaluate the most appropriate solutions
  • Create project/product plan, including use of agile frameworks, and implement projects/products in close collaboration with suppliers and internal partners
  • Ensure end-to-end governance and support
  • Drive IT Innovation by exploring tech trends like LowCode
  • Identify & implement robotic process automation in Sales&Marketing
  • Ensure the best usage out of Data available for Sales&Marketing domain
  • Start as of now in Germany.

Profile

  • Completed Master’s degree in (business) computer or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in implementation and support of IT solution in Sales domain
  • Understanding of sales reality (especially retail field sales, PRGM and Pharma CRM) as well as cost structures and governance models of IT products
  • Experience in applying project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
  • Experience with Salesforce Automation solutions (salesforce.com), PRGM solutions (Kantar, Blue Planner, Acumen) or Pharma CRM solutions (IQVIA) is a plus
  • Passion for applying new technologies in a business context
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex content for stakeholders
  • Agile Mindset, strong integrity and team player spirit
  • Fluency in English expected, German is an additional asset
