Business Intelligence Specialist (m/f/d), Antwerpen

Your Responsibilities

• In close collaboration with Customer service, operational, and stakeholders, you ensure that the data/information used reflects the business requirements;
• You facilitate the design of the ETL, Data-warehouses, data marts, interactive dashboards, and reports in terms of stakeholder requirements including performance metrics;
• You provide training on the correct use and interpretation of the created data marts and dashboards, both internally and externally.

Your Skills and Experiences

• You have a bachelor's degree in Data Science or Business administration;
• At least 4 years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence analytics;
• Knowledge of ETL tools and monitoring ( Pentaho, Glue, SSIS,...);
• Knowledge of databases on BI analyst level (Snowflake, MS-SQL, S3, Oracle);
• Knowledge of MS Office products (in particular Excel) and a proven affinity with IT systems and infrastructure;
• Knowledge of user-level dashboard visualization software (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau, Qlik, etc.);
• Knowledge of API (Json, postmaster) or UML is a plus;
• Ability to multitask and deal with various internal/external stakeholders at all levels;
• Strong analytical and (self-)management skills with an ability to deliver results within the agreed deadlines;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Dutch and other additional language skills are an advantage.
