Tasks

• Develop a portfolio of prospects by promoting Allianz Global Investors’ expertise. A focus will be on positioning of our Private Markets offering
• Work collaboratively with Client service, distribution colleagues, and investment professionals to coordinate the commercial follow-up deliver on commitments in a timeous manner
• Coordinate the response to RFPs and collaborate with the business to ensure high quality submissions
• Support in developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives aimed at building client relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities
• Ensure good communication of the Company’s offering and value proposition by active participation in industry events, and involvement in the preparation and generation of ideas.

Profile

• Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent in Banking/Finance
• At least 10 years of successful experience in a sales role with institutional asset management clients
• Experience of promoting technical investment strategies/products
• Solid institutional culture (regulations, current issues, employee savings...), and strong knowledge of Insurance segment required
• Experience in Distributing Private Markets
• Established network
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial drive
• Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices
• Fluency in English.
