Analytical Development Project Manager Leader (m/f), Gaillard

Missions

Our international development laboratory located in Gaillard (about 80 people) is one of the 2 global development centers of the Consumer Health division. It is focused on the development of dermatological, multivitamin and gastrointestinal products.

Within the Analytical Development department, you will be integrated into a team of about twenty people whose missions are resolutely international.

In close collaboration with our Bayer teams located in Switzerland, in Germany and the United States, you will be responsible for the following missions:

• Manage efficiently a team of 6 scientists
• Ensure the analytical development of international development projects.
• Ensure the analysis of batches for formulation trials, pilot trials, clinical trials, competitors’ products and stability studies.
• Ensure the analytical transfer to manufacturing sites.
• Ensure the effective functioning of the analytical department.
• Lead and organize innovation in analytical development.

Qualifications

• Basic education: Chemical engineer/Pharmacist, Specialised in analytical chemistry
• Professional experience: 5 years in management of a team within the pharmaceutical sector if possible.
• Rigorous and organized, with good analytical skills and initiative mind-set, you are oriented results with knowledge of the GMP applied to the laboratory.
